We finally got our first snow fall. Things had been weird with out the snow. People we getting worried about the insects and what not. I wish Ian was not ill we could be out sledding. Instead I am stuck re-caulking the tub.
Due to a nap Chili and Salsa have become the focus of the day. If you were here I would share.
My chilis are always different. This time:
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 pound Hot Italian Sausage
4 Large Jalapenos
1 package shreaded Carrots
1 can Cream of Corn (oops meant to get regular)
1 can Black Beans
1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans
7 stalks of Celery
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 table spoons Cajun Seasoning
The salsa I make as mostly the same, sometimes I add a fresh peach.
1 Handful of Cilantro
